Presidental Award

Yesterday was awards day at Kingston Elementary. Paul received the Presidential Award. We are very proud. He is now a 6th grader. . . it his hard to believe.

12th Annual Pig Roast

Avery Trace

One more Pig Roast goes down in the books. We battled rain showers all day. Thankfully, the rain finally stopped and the sun came out just in time to eat. The food was great, the fellowship was great and Avery Trace was great!

Climing the district ladder

Kingston played last night, after several days of rainouts. They beat Loudon 2-1. They then took the field to play CAK. After 7 intense innings, Kingston won 5-4. One more win would move them to regionals. Go Jackets!!!!

Prayer Request

Please remember the Sams family in your prayers. They lost their son, James, today in a car accident. He was a senior at Roane County High School. This is a tragic thing to happen to this family just one month from graduation.

Please remember the students at the school also. James was well known and liked by all. He played football and basketball for the school.

This is such a sad thing for our community.
